Privacy Policy
By registering for the Massachusetts Airport Management Association (MAMA) Annual Conference, you consent to MAMA collecting your name, organization, job title (if provided), and email address for conference administration, attendee communications, and event-related updates. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the conference or as otherwise described during registration. If an attendee directory or participant list will be distributed, only the information you specifically authorize will be included.
By registering for and attending the MAMA Annual Conference, I acknowledge that MAMA may photograph or record conference activities for educational, promotional, and archival purposes. I agree to comply with the MAMA Recording and Photography Policy and will not record or distribute conference presentations or materials without the required permissions.
Code of Conduct
The Massachusetts Airport Management Association (MAMA) is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment for all conference participants.
By attending the conference, participants agree to:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and venue staff with courtesy and respect.
- Foster a professional environment that encourages collaboration and the open exchange of ideas.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that interferes with the conference experience.
- Comply with all venue policies and applicable laws.
- Follow directions provided by MAMA conference organizers and venue staff.
MAMA reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund, and may restrict attendance at future MAMA events.
