Our purpose is to continue the development of the Massachusetts Airport Management Association by establishing a pipeline which engages young professionals under the age of 35, or those with less than 10 years experience, and strengthens their commitment to becoming the next MAMA leaders. The Emerging Leaders Committee serves the Board of Directors to spread the message and goals of MAMA as an organization.
Mission
The MAMA Emerging Leaders serves to support and develop leaders under the age of 35 or those with less than 10 years experience in the aviation industry. Our mission is to cultivate future MAMA leaders through knowledge sharing, educational opportunities, networking, and mentorship.
