LOCATION

Pittsfield Municipal Airport is located in the western-most portion of Massachusetts. The airport is just a short drive, through scenic Lenox, from the Massachusetts Turnpike and features many local attractions including the Norman Rockwell Museum, Shaker Village, a variety of ski slopes, Tanglewood, and of course, beautiful Autumn sight-seeing.

AIRPORT FACILITIES

The airport has two runways. Runway 14/32 is paved, 3496 feet long and 100 feet wide and Runway 8/26 is grooved asphalt, 5000 feet long and 100 feet wide with pilot controlled lighting. There is a localizer and Non-directional beacon available to assist in approaches to Pittsfield Airport.

AIRPORT SERVICES

The airport provides major airframe and power plant maintenance to its visitors as well as 100 LL and Jet fuels, oxygen, rental, taxi, limo services. Many restaurants and inns are located within a short distance of the airport.
