LOCATION

Sterling Airport is located in Central Massachusetts just off Interstate 90, the Massachusetts Turnpike. Many local and historic attractions are within a close proximity to the airport including the Mid State Hiking Train, which is on the field, and Old Sturbridge Village which reenacts 19th Century life in New England.

AIRPORT FACILITIES

Sterling has one paved runway, 16/34. Runway 16/34 is 3086 feet long and 40 feet wide. The airfield has pilot controlled lighting for night operations in visual conditions.
